Inventory
Inventory locations and the stock table — stock per location, sales speed, weight and volume, CSV export.
Overview
Catalog → Inventory (/en/store/inventory) has two tabs:
- Locations — the warehouses, stores, pickup points and depots where you keep stock. The first location becomes the default. Owners and admins add, deactivate or delete locations; source-linked Shopify locations cannot be deleted, deactivate them instead.
- Stock table (
/en/store/inventory/stock) — which product and variant is in which location, with the stock per location and the total.
Stock table
Each row is a product without variants, or one variant of a product with variants. For every row you see:
- Stock per location and the total. Without locations the total is the product's (or variant's) stock. A variant without its own stock shows "shares product stock". Products that do not track stock show "Not tracked".
- Sales speed — units sold per day, from paid or completed orders of the last 7 and 30 days (cancelled, failed, expired and refunded orders never count). A store without such orders sees 0.
- Days of stock — stock divided by the daily sales of the last 30 days; empty when nothing sold.
- Weight and volume of the stock, from the weight and dimensions (length × width × height) entered on the product or variant.
Filter by location, category (sub-categories included), brand, a search on name / variant / SKU, and Low stock ≤ a number. Sort by name, stock or best sellers. Large catalogs page through the table 50 rows at a time.
Weight and volume by category and brand
Under the table, Weight and volume sums the stock's weight and volume per location and overall, grouped by category or by brand. A product in two categories counts in both; products without a category or brand are grouped as "No category" / "No brand". Units without a weight or dimensions are listed as missing, so you know a total is partial. Oversold (negative) stock adds no weight.
CSV export
Export CSV downloads the rows that match the current filters (up to 50,000), with one column per location, the total, units sold in 7 / 30 days, sales per day, days of stock, unit and total weight (g) and volume (cm³). The file opens in Excel and Google Sheets.
