Store Management

First steps

Pick how to start a new store — move your website, set up by chatting, add a first product or start from a sector template.

Overview

A new store opens on Welcome → How shall we set up your store? (/en/welcome). The same choices appear on the dashboard while your store has no product or service yet (hide them with ×). Pick one; you can use the others later.

PathWhat happens
Move my websiteOpens the website import on the Knowledge base page: enter your address, then bring over products, pages and FAQ.
Set up by chattingOpens /en/welcome/setup-chat. Tell the panel assistant about your business; it asks one thing at a time and saves your store name, category, language and currency, contact details, first product or service, shipping and payment basics. A list on the right shows what is done.
Add my first product or serviceOpens the quick form (/en/store/products/new?mode=quick).
Start from a sector templateFashion, electronics, café & restaurant, beauty & appointments or services: a few sample categories and two sample items, plus the panel features that sector needs.
Start with sample contentAdds the full demo store as drafts.
My website stays — customer service onlyShown as coming soon.

Sample content is never added on its own: only Start with sample content or a sector template adds it.

Set up by chatting

  • It uses the same panel assistant, tools and credits as the assistant chat. Each reply uses AI credits from your wallet; nothing is sent until you press Send.
  • The assistant never invents prices, addresses or phone numbers — it asks.
  • Importing a website, connecting WhatsApp and card payment providers are done on their own pages; the assistant points you there.

Quick product or service form

  • Five fields: photo, name, price, stock (empty = not tracked) or length for a service, category, and an optional description.
  • Fill in with AI reads the photo and fills the name, description and category. The credit estimate shows before you press it. AI does not guess prices.
  • Publish makes it live right away. Without a photo it shows on your web store only; add a photo to show it in your WhatsApp catalogue too. Save as draft keeps it hidden.
  • After saving: View in store, Share on WhatsApp, Add another or Edit details (full editor, for sizes, colours and more).
  • A new service is bookable during your store hours until you set its own schedule.

The products page shows three starts while it is empty: from a photo (quick form), from a file (Excel, CSV, Word or XML) or from your website (product import).

Sector templates

  • Every sample item is a draft with "(sample)" in its name and a Sample tag. Shoppers do not see it until you publish.
  • The Demo content card shows the template name and lets you publish, refresh or remove the samples in one click. Your own products are never touched; categories you already had are kept.
  • If your store has no category set yet, the template fills it in (for example Fashion & Clothing).

Demo content that gets stuck

If adding demo content stops halfway, the card says so after 10 minutes and offers Try again or Remove.
