Dashboard
Overview of store activity, inbox shortcuts, and key metrics after login.
Overview
Dashboard (/en/dashboard) is the home screen after login. It summarizes recent activity for your store — not a separate analytics product.
What you typically see
- Shortcuts into Inbox, Orders, and store setup status
- High-level activity related to WhatsApp / messaging and commerce (exact cards depend on your plan and integrations)
Where to go next
| Goal | Path |
|---|---|
| Answer customers | Inbox → WhatsApp / Messenger / Instagram / Web / Calls |
| Fulfill purchases | Sales → Orders |
| Change branding / currency | Store settings → Store Setup |
| AI credits & plan | Account → Billing |
Menu sections
The left sidebar (and the menu of the other layouts) has nine sections, in this order:
- Panel — Dashboard, Analytics
- Inbox — WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Web, Calls (voice assistant stores)
- Sales — Orders, Bookings, Carts, Customers, Subscriptions, Tasks, Reviews
- Catalog — Products, Inventory, Catalog (categories / tags), Editor, Feed, Translations
- Marketing — WA Marketing, Campaigns, Points, Social posts, AI Blog, Social Media, WA Flow (My Flows, Flow Builder, Responses), WA Templates
- Assistant — AI Models, AI Knowledge Base, AI Instructions, Procedures, AI Transactions, MCP Connector
- Channels & integrations — WhatsApp Business, Voice assistant & phone, Chat Widget, Meta Catalog, External commerce, Accounting
- Store settings — Store Setup, Email, Email Templates, Payment, Shipping, Tax, Invoice Template, Pages, Sent Emails, Automations, Backup
- Account — Billing, Team, Media Library, Help Center, My Support Tickets, Demo content, Settings
Each section collapses and remembers its state on your device. Items depend on your plan and role (agents see Inbox, Orders and Tasks). Metrics on the dashboard refresh as new messages and orders arrive.
Panel AI assistant and voice
Every panel layout has the panel AI: the chat bubble (Classic and Commerce layouts), the OIC column (Copilot layout) and the chat of the AI layout. Ask OrderInChat AI in the header sends your question to that chat.
- Type a question or a change ("How many orders today?", "Set the stock of X to 5"). While the assistant works, a short status line appears where the reply will come ("Thinking…", "Working on orders…"); the input stays still and the send button becomes a stop button.
- Talk — press the orb in the chat, Talk to OIC in Ask OrderInChat AI, or the phone in the shortcut strip, and speak. The voice assistant uses the panel tools: orders, products, customers, bookings, tasks, coupons and a few settings, and asks before it changes anything. Deletions, payments, team and bulk jobs stay in the typed chat and the screens.
- When the call ends, the conversation is added to the chat history under a Voice call · N min line.
- Voice is for the store owner and admins of stores with the voice assistant. Each minute uses AI credits; with no credits left the call does not start. Allow the microphone when the browser asks.
