Overview

Account settings cover your user profile (name, email login, security) — distinct from Store Setup (the shop).

Typical items

• Profile display name
• Password / passkey / MFA options when enabled
• Notification preferences where available

Store-level branding and domain stay under Store settings → Store Setup.

Profile card

Use the Profile card on the Account page to change your display name and WhatsApp phone number. Your name and number appear on the Team page.

Store owners: the WhatsApp number is managed in Store settings → Store Setup and is shown read-only here. Other team members can edit their own number (include the country code, e.g. +12025550100). You can only edit your own profile.

Signing in

On the sign-in page, enter your email first, then your password. Use Forgot password? on the password step to receive a reset link. When you create a new account, you type the password twice to confirm it.

Panel layout

Open the theme button in the top bar (on a phone: profile menu → Theme) and choose a Panel layout:

• Classic — the original layout with the left sidebar. This is the default.
• Commerce — a dark top bar with search and Ask AI, a compact menu in the classic order (sections and groups remember whether they are open) and calm page backgrounds.
• OIC — the page in the middle and the OIC chat on the right. OIC knows which page you are on (for example an order or a product), suggests questions for that page and keeps your conversations (New chat and History). The icon strip at the far right holds your own shortcuts: add pages with the pencil, drag to reorder, hover to remove. On a phone OIC opens from the Ask tab at the bottom.
• AI — two panels side by side; each shows any menu page or the OIC chat. Click a menu item to open it in the left panel, double-click to open it in the right panel, or right-click to choose. Under Two panes in the same menu, Menu position puts the menu on the left, between the panels or on the right (on the right, click opens on the right and double-click on the left). Drag the line between the panels to resize them. On a phone, switch panels with the tabs at the top. Conversations are kept on this device.

The choice is saved on this device only, like the color palette and font. Pages, data and permissions are the same in every layout.

The left menu shows every section in its own box. In the Classic layout the boxes are always on; in the Commerce, OIC and AI layouts the Section boxes switch in the same menu turns them off and on (on by default, saved on this device).

Two panes (Classic, Commerce and OIC layouts, wide screens) shows a second page beside the current one: click a menu item to open it in the pane next to the menu, double-click to open it in the other pane, right-click to choose, and close a pane with its ×. The first time you turn it on, a short card shows this; the ? next to the switch opens it again. Menu position below it puts the menu on the left, between the panes (this turns two panes on) or on the right; with the menu on the right, click opens on the right and double-click on the left. Left and right also work with a single page. Saved on this device.

In every layout, press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to search pages, orders and products, or to send your text to Ask AI. Searching is free; Ask AI uses AI credits as usual. In the Classic layout, the Search or jump to… box at the top of the left menu opens the same search.
