Flow Builder

Overview

Flow Builder (Marketing → Flow Builder) is the visual editor for WhatsApp Flow JSON screens.

Typical workflow

1. Create or open a flow
2. Add screens / components Meta Flows support
3. Publish / submit per Meta requirements
4. Attach the flow to a template or send path

Keep copy short — Flows render inside the WhatsApp client on mobile.

Quick Order quantities and order quantity rules

When you create the Quick Order Flow, its quantity list is built from each product's order quantity rule (minimum, step and maximum in the product editor):

• With a rule, the list shows only allowed quantities: the minimum, then minimum + step, and so on up to the maximum (at most 20 choices).
• Without a rule, the list stays 1–10.
• If a product's variants have their own rules and no quantity fits all of them, the product is left out of the Flow and the panel names it.
• The list is fixed when the Flow is created. After you change a rule, create and publish the Flow again; until then, an order with a quantity that breaks the rule is still refused and the rule is explained to the customer.
• In the Checkout Flow sent by the AI assistant, a cart that breaks a rule gets a message in the customer's language that explains the rule, with a link to fix the cart.
