Overview
Inbox → Instagram (/en/inbox/instagram) lists Instagram Direct conversations when your Meta Instagram account is connected.
Requirements
- Instagram professional account linked through Meta
- Messaging permissions granted for the connected asset
One Instagram account per store
Each OrderInChat store connects one Instagram Professional account. Multilingual DMs work on that single account (AI detects language).
If you need a second Instagram account for another language or brand, open a second OrderInChat store and connect it there. Multiple Instagram accounts on one store are not supported.
Usage
Reply from the same inbox UI as WhatsApp/Messenger. AI and templates behave according to Meta Instagram messaging rules and your store AI settings.
The conversation list shows the newest conversations first, 50 at a time; scroll to the end (or press Load more) for older ones. The search box (name, @username or last message) looks through all conversations, not only the loaded ones, and a link to a specific conversation opens it even when it is not on a loaded page.
