Campaigns
Create coupons and control how promotions appear across your storefront.
Overview
Marketing → Campaigns (/en/store/campaigns) manages coupons and storefront promotion displays. This is separate from WhatsApp template marketing.
A campaign can carry an offer, eligibility rules, dates, display emoji, and accent color. Active campaigns can appear in campaign blocks, product cards, product detail pages, and the storefront Campaigns filter.
Create a campaign
- Open Marketing → Campaigns and select Create Coupon.
- Choose the offer type and enter its code, dates, and purchase rules.
- Limit the offer to products, categories, brands, or tags when needed.
- Pick an emoji and accent color. The transparency control changes how the accent is rendered on the storefront.
- Save and verify the campaign on the live shop.
Apply automatically (no code needed)
Turn on Apply automatically at checkout (no code needed) in the coupon form to give the offer without a code. Coupons with this switch show an Auto-applied badge in the list.
- The checkout page applies the coupon by itself as soon as the cart qualifies (dates, minimum purchase, product or category limits, usage limits). The customer sees it next to the totals and can remove it.
- Coupons do not stack. When several automatic coupons qualify, the one with the biggest discount for that cart is used. On a tie, free shipping comes first, then a coupon open to everyone before a first-order coupon, then the code in alphabetical order.
- A code the customer types replaces the automatic coupon.
- With First order only also on, a guest sees the coupon waiting until they enter their email or phone; it is then applied for a first order. A returning customer does not get it (the next automatic coupon applies, if any).
- The same choice is made for payment links the AI assistant sends on WhatsApp, and the AI tells customers that no code is needed.
Storefront display controls
The Shop display card controls three display areas independently:
- Product-card offer badges
- Product detail page campaign strips
- Coupon emoji accents
These switches affect storefront promotion UI; they do not deactivate the coupon itself.
Campaign blocks and filters
In Store settings → Pages → Shop, campaign carousel and campaign wall blocks can show active offers. Each block keeps its own layout, speed, columns, color, and opacity settings.
The live shop also includes a Campaigns filter beside Categories, Tags, Badges, and Brands. A product with multiple matching campaigns shows one primary offer plus access to the others.
Verify before sharing
- Confirm the campaign is active and inside its date range.
- Check minimum purchase and product/category restrictions.
- Open the live shop and test the campaign card, filter, product badge, and product detail strip you enabled.
- Apply the coupon during checkout to confirm its pricing rules.
