Languages

See which content is translated, what changed, and translate what is missing — with the credit estimate first.

Overview

Catalog → Languages (/en/store/translations) shows, for every extra store language, how much of your content is up to date, outdated (the main-language text changed after the translation was made), missing or hand-edited. Add languages or change the main language with Edit languages (Store setup → Languages).

Opening the page never spends credits. AI translation runs only after you click and confirm the estimate.

What is tracked

  • Products (with options, variants and add-ons), categories, tags, badges and brands, shipping options
  • Store slogan and announcement bar
  • Chat widget — welcome title, subtitle, message, disclaimer and suggestion chips (one row per widget profile)
  • Email templates — only the templates you changed, plus languages the platform does not provide (the platform's own templates come ready-made in its languages, free of charge)
  • Notification templates — booking and order messages; English is the source text
  • Store pages — only filled / empty here; translate them in the Pages editor (translation mode and Publish)

Translating

  • Translate outdated and missing · ~X credits covers products, categories and shipping in one step.
  • Store texts, the chat widget and the templates have their own Open button. The translations panel shows source and translation side by side per language, with the status of every text: write a translation yourself and save it, mark an outdated one as up to date, or click Translate · ~X credits.
  • Hand-edited translations are never overwritten by AI. When the main language changes they are only marked outdated; tick Also update hand-edited translations (or use Update with AI on the row) if you want AI to replace them.
  • Saving a changed main-language text in an editor (products, categories, store slogan, announcement bar, chat widget, email templates, English notification texts) follows the Automatic translation setting in Store setup → Languages: translate on save with the estimate shown (it asks first above 10 credits or when a hand-edited translation is affected), always ask, or off.

Storefront texts

Buttons, labels and messages of the storefront come ready-made from the platform in its languages, free of charge. Only store languages outside them can be translated here, with the estimate first (paid from your credits).

Advanced

Download translations as JSON, edit them and upload them again — uploaded changes count as hand-edited. The English notification texts are edited here too.

The storefront currency picker follows the supported currencies + primary currency in Store Setup — not payment gateway display currencies.
