Review open and abandoned carts; follow up, share, or create payment links.
Overview
Sales → Carts (/en/store/carts) shows carts that are not yet completed orders.
Common actions
- Inspect cart contents and customer identity
- Follow up via WhatsApp / inbox
- Create a payment link when the UI offers gateway selection (Stripe / PayPal / bank / Iyzico per your Payment Setup)
- Share basket: copy only the short link

Share cart (checkout + AI)
- On the storefront checkout page, use Share Cart next to Select Coupon — copies an
oic.to/cd/…link anyone can open to resume that basket. - In the panel AI chat, ask to create a cart for a difficult customer (products + optional phone) — the assistant creates the cart and returns the same short link.
- Always share
oic.to/cd/{code}only. Product browse links (oic.to/p/…) are not payment.
