Store Management
Features
Turn parts of the panel on or off for your store — nothing is deleted.
Overview
Store settings → Features (/en/settings/features) lists the parts of the panel your store can switch on or off: online selling, store pages, bookings, subscriptions, reviews, campaigns and coupons, loyalty points, blog, social posts, WhatsApp marketing, the Facebook / Instagram and web chat inboxes, the voice assistant and phone line, product feeds, Shopify / WooCommerce sync, Meta ads, accounting, your own system (API), MCP / AI agents, automations, procedures, translations, backup and demo content.
What turning a feature off does
- Its pages leave the menu and the ⌘K / Ctrl K search. Searching for it shows Turn on feature: … instead (owner and admin).
- The panel assistant (chat, voice call and WhatsApp operator) no longer offers that feature's actions. Reports and lists stay readable.
- Nothing is deleted and your customers see no change: your storefront and the WhatsApp / web assistant keep working as before.
- A bookmarked page still opens, with a "This feature is off" note and a Turn on button.
When a feature already holds data (for example 3 services or 12 products), you are asked to confirm before it is hidden.
Who can change it
Only the store owner or an admin. Everyone on the team sees the same menu.
Defaults
- Stores that existed before this page: every feature stays on.
- New stores: features are suggested from your Welcome answers (what you want to do first and where customers reach you) and from data the store already has. Back to recommended applies that suggestion again.
Tips
- Plan-gated features (for example the Meta catalog or Shopify / WooCommerce sync) also need the right plan; the page marks them.
