Shop with Claude or ChatGPT

OrderInChat Shopping lets you shop at OrderInChat stores from your own AI assistant (Claude, and soon ChatGPT). The assistant searches the store's live catalog, answers questions about shipping, returns and bookings, and prepares a cart. You always review and pay on the store's own website — the assistant cannot pay or place orders.

Connect

From a store page (easiest): tap Order with Claude (or ChatGPT) on the store's home or shop page. Your AI app opens with the store already selected.

From your AI app: add the OrderInChat Shopping connector from the app's connector directory, or add a custom connector with this URL:

A store can also share its own link: https://mcp.oic.to/shop/{store}/mcp.

Sign in (once)

When you connect, a sign-in page opens:

• WhatsApp — tap the button, send the ready-made message to the store's WhatsApp number, then tap Confirm sign-in in the reply. The page continues by itself.
• Email — enter your email and the 6-digit code we send you.

Then tap Allow. You stay signed in on that AI app; one sign-in works for every OrderInChat store.

Shop

Ask in your own words, for example: "Show me necklaces under $150", "Does it come in blue?", "Put one in my cart". The assistant checks variants and options before it builds the cart and gives you a link like https://oic.to/cd/…. Open it to review the cart, enter delivery details and pay on the store's website.

If you have not visited a store yet, ask "Which stores can I shop at?" and pick one from the list.

Privacy

• We store your verified email or phone number to sign you in, and create a customer record at a store only when you build a cart there.
• The store sees your cart and, at checkout, the details you enter — like any order on its website.
• Your AI app sees the product and cart information it asks for. We never share payment details with it.
• Stores can block an account; blocked accounts get no answers.

Disconnect

Remove or disconnect OrderInChat Shopping in your AI app's connector settings. To delete your OrderInChat shopping identity, contact noreply@orderinchat.com.
