Can it answer our phone?
Yes. Voice calls from your website are on every plan, unlimited. Customers who call your WhatsApp number reach the AI directly. For callers from landlines and mobiles, connect your own Twilio number for free (or forward your existing number to it). Each simultaneous phone call is 2 USD a month; the AI’s talk time is paid from AI credits; number rental and carrier minutes stay on your Twilio bill.
What are AI credits?
The only usage charge: 1,000 credits = 1 USD. Starter includes 9,000 a month, Pro 20,000, Ultra 42,000. Every reply and every call minute is itemised.
What happens when AI credits run out?
Monthly credits are used first, then your wallet. At zero the AI starts nothing new: customers are told it cannot reply right now and can ask for a person, and your team sees every chat. Top up the wallet in Settings → Billing, or switch on auto top-up; next month’s credits arrive on the 1st.
