Paid in the chat, on a call or on your store: the order is handed to your carrier connection right away.
The label is bought
With “Auto-print label when order is paid” on, the shipment is created and the label PDF is saved to the order and emailed to you.
The order turns to shipped
As soon as the tracking number is saved, the order is marked shipped and the customer gets the update by email, and on WhatsApp when the order has a WhatsApp number.
