1. Start with your website
Voice calls from your website are included on every plan, with no limit. Switch on the call button in your store chat and visitors can talk to the AI immediately. WhatsApp callers get a link to the same call.
2. Answer WhatsApp calls, then add a number if you need one
Switch on WhatsApp calls and add one simultaneous call slot (2 USD a month): customers who call your WhatsApp number then reach the AI straight away, on every plan. For callers from landlines and mobiles, connect your Twilio account under Assistant → Voice assistant → Phone line for free, pick a local, toll-free or mobile number in Twilio and route it to the AI in one click. To keep your existing number, forward it with your operator’s code, for example only when nobody answers within 20 seconds.
3. Decide what the AI may do
The voice assistant uses the same catalog, bookings and procedures as your chat assistant. Write rules such as “refunds always go to a person” as procedures; it will open a ticket instead of promising anything.
4. Let links travel by WhatsApp
Card details are never taken on a call. Once the caller confirms their number, the checkout or booking link goes to their WhatsApp. A caller who prefers email, or has no WhatsApp, gets it by email after the assistant reads the address back.
5. Read every call, join when it matters
Every call lands in Inbox → Calls with a summary and transcript. During a live call, whisper an instruction or join by voice from your browser; the AI steps back and listens.
