Each section only offers models that can do that job. Default, Fast and Quality are kept current by us; changing any single model switches the store to Custom. Retired models are no longer recommended but stay selectable in Custom.
AI model questions
Does the model change the price?
Yes. Each reply and each call minute uses AI credits at the rate of the model that ran it, and Billing lists them line by line.
Which model answers by default?
The Default profile, which we update as better and cheaper models appear. Switch to Fast or Quality any time.
What about Perplexity?
In Panel AI you can pick ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok for a question, or Perplexity when you need live web search.
