Team Management

Invite teammates and assign Owner, Admin, or Agent roles.

Overview

Team lives at /en/team (sidebar Team — not under Settings).

Roles (typical)

RoleAccess
OwnerFull access including billing and destructive account actions
AdminBroad store access; billing usually owner-only
AgentInbox / assigned work focused

Exact permissions are applied automatically in the app; when unsure, invite as Agent first.

Invites

  1. Open Team
  2. Invite by email + role
  3. Member accepts and signs in

Remove or change roles from the same page. Reassign inbox work before removing someone mid-conversation.

Seats

Your plan includes one seat for the owner. Each pending invitation and each team member uses a seat. To add more people, the owner clicks Buy extra seats on the Team page (or opens Account → Billing) and adds user seats. Only the owner can invite, change roles or remove members. Invitations need an email and a phone number and expire after 1 hour.

Automatic task assignment

On the Team page, choose which roles receive new tasks and support tickets automatically (Agent by default; Owner and Admin can be added). Each new task without an assignee goes to the person in those roles with the fewest open tasks. Clear all roles to turn it off. Owners and admins can change this.

Live support email alerts

When a customer asks for a human, owners, admins and agents get an email alert. It is on by default; turn off Email team on live support requests on the Team page to stop these emails (WhatsApp alerts are not affected). Owners and admins can change this.

Team board

Quick notes for the team, right inside the panel. Open it with the pin button in the top bar (the red badge counts your unread notes) or use the Team board card on the dashboard. On phones the card is on the dashboard and a note addressed to you opens from the bell.

  • For: Me (only you see it), Team (every member) or @Person (you and that person; they also get a bell notification).
  • Note or list: a note has up to 500 characters; a list has up to 10 items that anyone who sees it can tick, and the small avatar next to a ticked item shows who ticked it.
  • Read receipts: unread notes are highlighted and count as read once they have been on your screen. The small round avatars at the bottom right show who has seen the note; hover or tap them to see when.
  • Pin: pinned notes stay at the top and never move to the archive — up to 3 team notes per store and up to 3 personal notes (Me / @Person) per member.
  • Archive: notes that are not pinned move to the Archive after 7 days; the archive stays readable.
  • Convert to task: one click creates a task in Tasks (assigned to the @person, otherwise to you) and the note links to it.
  • Everyone can write; you edit and delete your own notes, and owners and admins can delete any note. No AI, no extra cost.
