Overview
Assistant → AI Transactions (/en/settings/ai-transactions) lists AI usage events that deducted credits.
How to read it
- Amounts are in credits (1,000 credits ≈ $1 wallet display)
- Channels include inbox, translations, Help Chat, content tools, etc.
- Pair with Billing for plan / wallet balances
Phone line minutes
Calls to phone numbers that OrderInChat rented for your store also use credits for the phone carrier's minutes; numbers from your own Twilio account have no such charge, because Twilio bills their minutes to you directly. These rows are their own category, Phone line minutes (phone icon), and are not counted in the AI totals at the top; a separate card shows their credits, calls and billed minutes. Open a row to see the call length, the billed minutes and the price per minute. Every started minute counts as a full minute (a 34-second call is billed as 1 minute). Choose Phone line minutes in the channel filter to list only these rows. See Phone line.
