Meta Catalog
Sync products to Meta Commerce catalog for WhatsApp / Instagram shopping.
Overview
Channels & integrations → Meta Catalog (/en/settings/integrations/meta-catalog) links your product catalog to Meta Commerce.
Usage
- Connect / select catalog after WhatsApp Business is linked
- Sync products from OrderInChat → Meta
- Fix any item-level errors shown in the sync UI
Product source of truth remains Catalog → Products in OrderInChat.
Import from Meta
Import from Meta (or Sync now with import on) brings the whole Meta catalog into OrderInChat, however large it is. It runs in parts of 25 items: the card shows processed / total and the part number, and the import continues in the background when you leave the page.
- Variants stay together: every variant group is imported as one product with its variants, never split between parts.
- Running it again updates the same products — nothing is created twice.
- A part that fails is retried up to 3 times; then the import stops and Continue picks it up where it stopped. Pause / Resume work the same way.
